EasyPR_EmguCV是EasyPR的C#移植版本,该版本使用的是EmguCV, EmguCV是.Net下的OpenCV库的封装。
EasyPR_EmguCV所使用的EmguCV版本是基于OpenCV 2.4.10版本封装的,有别于EasyPR中使用的OpenCV 2.4.8版本,但两个OpenCV版本基本兼容。
