主要优化:

创建了 useFormItemEvents 和 useCommonEvents 钩子函数,消除重复的事件处理代码
在渲染函数外计算 omittedProps 和 renderExtraFooter,避免重复计算
使用 usePickerExpose 统一管理组件的暴露方法
两个组件的 onChange、onBlur、onOpenChange、onFocus 逻辑完全一致,通过钩子函数复用
避免在每次渲染时重复创建相同的函数和计算相同的值
