PyFi is a short form. Py means Python, Fi means File and Wifi. PyFi is a file sharing project over WiFi network.
Download the latest file from the Release page.
# Extract the archive tar xf pyfi_v0.0.1_linux_x86_64.tar.xz # Copy the binary sudo mv pyfi /usr/local/bin # Set execution permissions sudo chmod +x /usr/local/bin/pyfi
pyfi <file name or directory name> pyfi hello.pdf
Now scan the QR Code by using your mobile phone.
