veax Project — a browser, a platform, a few tools. Independent developer, Istanbul, Türkiye.
I build under the name veax, on my own, from Istanbul.
Right now that means a Chromium browser and a platform for building a link-in-bio page — plus the desktop utilities and developer tools I release along the way.
| Project | What it is | Where |
|---|---|---|
| veax browser | A Chromium-based browser, so every Chrome extension you already use keeps working. Not the most optimised browser on the market — optimised sensibly, where it actually changes how it feels to use. | veaxbrowser.com |
| veax.lol | A place to build a card: your photo, your links, one page you can put in a bio. Made for a younger crowd who want it to look good without touching any code. | veax.lol |
| Project | What it does | Built with |
|---|---|---|
| MuteBind | Mute your Discord mic with one key of your choice, even inside a fullscreen game. The PS5 DualSense mute button works too, orange LED included. | C# Win32 hooks HID |
| Volume+ | A second volume slider that goes from 100% to 500%. It drives Equalizer APO's preamp in real time, so quiet videos and calls can actually get loud. | C# Audio APO |
| wplace WorldView | A Chrome extension that keeps the drawings on wplace.live visible when you zoom all the way out. | JavaScript Chrome extension |
| windhawk-translate | Translation files for Windhawk, the Windows customisation platform. A fork I contribute localisation work to. | Localisation |
Sensible optimisation. I don't claim the fastest software on the market. I claim decisions that make sense, in the places you actually feel them.
Nothing to relearn. The browser is Chromium-based, so your Chrome extensions keep working. The tools sit in the tray and stay out of the way.
Shipped in the open. The utilities are public here, readable and free to download. Bug reports welcome.
