Tags for versions 1.4.1 - 1.4.16 ? #96

On maven there are versions ranging from 1.4.1 to 1.4.16

On this repo, the tags go up to version 1.4 RELEASE_1_4. Unfortunately pom.xml is not informative either since release is stuck at version 1.4.

If you have tags for these versions, could you please push them to the repo? Or else create the tags at the corresponding commit. It is at the moment very difficult to know with which sources each jar on maven was produced.

Would you also please release a new version? I'd like to update the version in Debian (presently stuck a 1.3.1) so that the package for vnu can depend on it.
