Old functionality untouched.

Added:

DDH5_XR : New data pipeline from ddh5 <-> xarray. No data-dict layer in the middle. Also supports SWMR reading and writing to be compatible with autoplot here.
File archival ability to be able to save files in DatasetAnalysis. Be able to save the analysis code itself to make the fits reproducible.
