Update lint dependencies, rework lint config, and fix errors

Config changes:

  • Remove eslint-config-standard, eslint-plugin-n, and eslint-plugin-import due to lack of maintenance and/or need
  • Add eslint-plugin-unicorn to replace opinionated stuff from standard
  • Add @vitest/eslint-plugin, eslint-plugin-jest-dom, and eslint-plugin-testing-library for more consistent test writing
