Incrementally improve the testing setup for different Svelte / Node version combinations by specifying full, strict
package.json
files for relevant environments. Also clean up the project scripts a little.This change highlighted one issue: we were missing
^9.0.0
as an allowed@testing-library/dom
dependency, which (for strict engine mode) broken Node 16 support, which we have not yet dropped.CI and test-only changes, good to merge once CI matrix is passing
