Description

Mostly update the data.aws_region.current.name to data.aws_region.current.region for the new provider version, which clears warnings as name is deprecated.

Motivation and Context

aws_region data has deprecated the name attribute in favor of region

Breaking Changes

This change may need a breaking label as it forces the required aws provider version from 5 => 6
