Summary
Passing several consumer eligible configurations to xcprepare integrate currently puts extra values after a single configuration flag, which ArgumentParser rejects.
This change repeats the configuration and platform flags for each value.
Fixes #241
Test plan
Inspected the argv construction against ArgumentParser repeated options.
