This ensures the database port is configurable whilst having the same
configration syntax as the BookStack .env options.

As per BookStackApp/BookStack#197

Sorry for my late response. I thought that I replied to your PR in the past. This needs to be tested first and after I needs a little bit more documentation. I will handle this later.
