This gives the window the proper flags to be managed by window managers (most notably
WINDOW_TYPE = DIALOG).I encountered this using AwesomeWM, where I've created an exception for dialog windows to float and be centered, but the original implementation doesn't provide the window manager enough information to discern the usage of this window.
