check_and_email is used for checking failed log file and send notification email.

log file location and name can be config.

email info can be config.

vpn_reconnect is used for check VPN status.

If VPN disconnected, restart VPN and retry N times to check VPN status.

If VPN still disconnected ,then create VPN failed log.

All info can be config in configuration file.
