RTKLIB for Low-Cost Receivers.

My focus is on improving the robustness of RTKLIB for RTK and PPK solutions using low-cost, single and dual-frequency receivers. I do most of my work with u-blox receivers but many of the improvements should help increase solution quality for any brand receiver.
