TundraTitle runs on a microservices backbone — intake, validation, registry sync, and document generation are fully decoupled and deploy independently behind an internal gRPC mesh. All transactional data lives in MongoDB because the document model maps cleanly onto how title packages are actually structured in the real world. Long-term regulatory audit logs are persisted in Redis, which handles the volume without breaking a sweat at the write frequencies we see in peak filing seasons. The registry sync layer runs on a dedicated polling service with exponential backoff and dead-letter queuing so nothing gets lost when upstream government APIs do what government APIs do.
