...out telling people where they should *really* submit pull requests.
Makes sense to me. Can you open this as an issue against R-B? We can update the deploy to set up a PR template or something in this repo.

Hello!
Might I respectfully request that the repo description be updated to direct passersby to the original repo where they can actually make pull requests?
This should hopefully decrease the number of people submitting pull requests in the wrong place. To some of us less initiated folk, it's not immediately evident where we can find the source code that generates this website.
I was thinking something like:

I think the emojis are effective attention grabbers, even if slightly silly.
If adding a README would add an extra step to the workflow of generating the website, then using this description seems like a good solution.
