New language Java snippets

Description

  • Added New language folder named Java in Snippets.
  • Added icon.svg in the java folder.
  • Added a new category "Basics" in java.
  • Added a new snippet named Hello-world.md which prints the hello world in the console.

Hey, thanks for the contribution, the logo for new language should be 50x50px, please change it to match, you can find online tools to help you resizing the logo.
