Added the LoLN.py file, requirements.txt file, README.md folder and Images folder containing the samples of the running script.

Don't create PR without getting an issue assigned to you. First create an issue and get it assigned and approved before creating your PR.I guess it's related to statistics. The issue topic doesn't justify this repo. This repo only accepts projects on python. Your topic is on data science. @Rahuls66

You can think of a new issue which justifies this repository that is pure python project and also before creating an issue make sure it isn't already done by going through the repo's and do the changes in your issue and PR accordingly. @Rahuls66
