Думаю, имеет смысл дополнить tests.archive.ArchiveTest.test_arhive_push_file_exists
Можно было бы вынести вычисление чексуммы сжатого файла в отдельную функцию, но в таком случае её придётся адаптировать для возможного переиспользования.

Если WAL файл уже лежит в архиве и его чексума совпадает с уже имеющимся, то файл не копируется, а вызвавшему процессу возвращается 0.
