Hi @Ansita20, thanks for this. We already have a PR (#6463) that covers these spelling changes and inconsistencies as part of a broader cleanup of the v1 docs.
Yaa I did see that but there were more grammar and spelling mistakes still there in the files. So I thought it would be good to make changes.
