closes DOC: Expand data table respresentation #62358 (Replace xxxx with the GitHub issue number)
Tests added and passed if fixing a bug or adding a new feature
All code checks passed.
Added type annotations to new arguments/methods/functions.
Added an entry in the latest doc/source/whatsnew/vX.X.X.rst file if fixing a bug or adding a new feature.

This PR updates the data table to include index/label details (link to relevant docs).
We could also consider the following:

updating the series table representation (on the same doc) to include index as well.
maybe link index for more info here.


 update .svg and add a line explaining the index
