Which problem is this pull request solving?
It would help with properly bundling
@netlify/blobsin lambdas thatnext-runtimeproduces. This would allow to use same trick as one used for@netlify/functionsin https://github.com/netlify/next-runtime/blob/e9bbc283a40fadef42bcb3e98cc78ef14f0e7e0c/packages/runtime/src/helpers/functions.ts#L334-L335
