Add instructions to change the name of the binary to something more user friendly (`hive` instead of `hive.escript`).

Worktrees branched from the clone's local main, which accumulates the factory's own merge commits and diverges from GitHub on every squash-merge or history rewrite — producing PRs that contain prior missions' commits (cora PR #2 swallowed PR #1) and conflict-prone syncs. Shell.create now fetches origin and bases new worktrees on origin/<main> when no explicit base_branch is given; phase ghosts that build on an impl ghost's branch still pass base_branch and are unaffected. Remoteless/offline sectors fall back to local HEAD. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
