  a Karpathy coding-discipline preamble by default) and canonical-project-skills-layout
  (converge a project to the canonical skills/ + AGENTS.md + CLAUDE.md layout).
• Memory skills: project-memory (git-committable project-memory/ system for lessons,
  sessions, retros, and qmd-backed recall) and memory-forge (distill aged lessons into reusable
  skills).
