Fixes a crash that would happen when certain audio devices are installed in the system, such as the virtual audio devices installed by recent versions of VoiceMeeter.

NOTE: This crash would happen even without RS ASIO.

• Fixes issue with multiple cable message box not being patched most of the time.
• Implements alternative method to patch memory which should help with some compatibility issues. This also fixes RS ASIO crashing on Linux/Proton/Wine.

This release is here only to try to alleviate some issue with linux. If you don't use linux there's no need to update as there is nothing else new.

• Try both wineasio32.dll and wineasio.dll when attempting to find the WineASIO dll

Edit: updated the attached binaries to fix the log still reporting 0.7.0. No other change was made.
