🟑 Python 3.9 installations fail

Under Python 3.9, PyGObject==3.56.3 fails dependency resolution because that release requires Python 3.10. The protocol package still advertises Python 3.9 support.

Prompt for agents 
The livekit-protocol package declares requires-python >=3.9.0 and includes a Python 3.9 classifier, while PyGObject 3.56.3 declares requires-python >=3.10. Either select the newest PyGObject release compatible with Python 3.9 for livekit-protocol/livekit/requirements.txt, or intentionally raise the package's minimum Python version and update its classifiers and all related compatibility configuration.
