This PR improves our docs to better explain how to define join relationships for fanout protection and includes some more complex join examples. This was all added inside a toggle.

I also added a disclaimer at the top of the joins reference to ensure that users are aware that we advise that they limit their joins.

@ZeRego please would you review carefully especially the complex join example. Note I will add examples for this to the demo next week. This is still in progress.
