A sync app for sync the twitter to weibo.(No UI needed)

requirement:

1. there would be a page for user to set up the twitter and weibo account.
2. Can sync the normal tweet to weibo.
3. Can sync RT tweet to weibo.

better to have:

1. Can sync @ function. (change the twitter account to weibo account in tweet if the user use our service.)
2. Can sync the photo.

• twitter Oauth
• reading tiwtter timeline
• Weibo Oauth
• post message to Weibo
• aotomatic reading from twitter and pusting to weibo
