BeatDrop updated with Visual Studio 2022 to use the SpoutDX support class instead of SpoutLibrary.

All required Spout source files are included and the BeatDrop code is commented throughout, specifically plugin.cpp, plugin.h, Milkdrop2PcmVisualizer.cpp, milkdropfs.cpp, pluginshell.h and nseel2/nseel-compiler.c.

Binaries are included in "BeatDrop_2001.zip" below.
