1. Install Java 11 JDK
2. Install Eclipse 2019-06 Modeling Tools
3. From the Eclipse Marketplace, install
   • bndtools 4.2
4. From the update site http://download.eclipse.org/acceleo/updates/releases/3.7, install Acceleo
5. Install node js version 10
6. In the folder web, run npm run init.
7. Import all projects in the bundles folder into your Eclipse workspace
8. Open specmate-std-env/dev-specmate-all.bndrun and hit the run button
