Each incident requires:

  • id: Unique identifier
  • date: YYYY-MM-DD format
  • organization: Affected entity name
  • sector: Industry category
  • type: Attack type (Ransomware, Phishing, etc.)
  • severity: Critical, High, Medium, or Low
  • description: Brief overview
  • impact: Consequences and scope
  • source: URL to public source
