Stochastic modelling of bacterial interactions in the gut microbiota

To run generated data with the ELFI simulator, define parameter values in obs.py and run ELFI.simulator.py. To run experimental data, define parameter values of a particular species from the spreadsheet, population sizes and time steps in data.py and run Data.simulator.py, alternatively run one of the existing files for a species with Data.simulator.py. Save SDEint.py, data.py and Data.simulator.py in the same directory.
