This upgrade to org.apache.commons:commons-configuration2@2.13.0 is a minor version update with no changes to the Java 8 requirement. Starting in version 2.11.0, some constructors now fail-fast with a NullPointerException when a null argument is provided, which may surface previously hidden bugs.
