Add gp_xdr_proc, gp_xdr_free, and gp_xdr_free_ptr helper macros using C11 _Generic to automatically select the appropriate XDR procedure based on argument type. Replace repetitive xdr_free() and free() patterns across the codebase to reduce boilerplate and ensure safer memory cleanup.
