CVS HEAD is mapped to origin branch.
Commands used for converting/sync'ing:
	rsync -av rsync://ikvm.cvs.sourceforge.net/cvsroot/ikvm/ /tmp/ikvm
	cvsps --norc -z 1200 -x --cvs-direct -x -A --root /tmp/ikvm ikvm > log.txt
	# For the initial push, I manipulated the log to remove useless commit messages,
