1. Download a NDK (21+s)
2. Unzip a NDK in folder
3. In NDK folder create folder "jni"
4. Download a sources from GitHub
5. Unzip sources in folder "jni"
6. Start the ndk-build.bat
7. After library was built go to: "libs/armeabi-v7a" and "libs/arm64-v8a" (or get it in ready-lib folder)
8. Insert the libVCMP.so in APK from sources (Its important cause original APK doenst work properly)
9. Install APK
10. Enjoy :)

 - "/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files/"
 or
 - "/storage/emulated/0/VCMP/"
