I am a Master's student in Artificial Intelligence at Hanyang University and a member of HYU NLP Lab, advised by Prof. Taeuk Kim. My research lies at the intersection of Natural Language Processing, Human-Computer Interaction, and empirical AI alignment, with a focus on the reliability of preference signals in LLM-based systems.
My research centers on understanding and improving how LLM-based systems capture, evaluate, and act on human preferences. I have a long-standing interest in human preference modeling, personalization, human alignment, evaluation, and LLM-as-a-Judge. In particular, I study how evaluation frameworks and agentic systems can better reflect human judgments, adapt to individual users, and make decisions that are reliable, interpretable, and aligned with human values.
My broader goal is to develop human-centered language technologies that support personalized and trustworthy interactions between people and AI systems.
