Updated ExManCmd

This updates to ExManCmd 3.1.26

Fixed a bug where the error code regex was not strict enough, which would then fail on extensions with dashes followed by numbers, a fairly common versioning convention.

Fixed a bug where the ExManCmd success message was printed to the user as an error, causing confusion.

This updates to ExManCmd 3.1.26

This updates the ExManCmd package to... I'm going to call it 3.1.21 based on the version number found in XManConfig.xml. So far I haven't found an official version number for these.
