Thanks @shilangyu and sorry for my late response! The build is fixed and since GitHub Action doesn't allow manual rerun, could you force push to trigger the build again?
AFAIK it does allow for manual re-runs (can be used only by the repo owner)
Unfortunately there's no option for this PR, might be because it's passed 90 days timeout. Should be good now. Thanks!

mdbook v0.4.0 comes with draft chapters which clearly show that a chapter is WIP
