- Updated `docker-compose.yml` to remove the deprecated `OPENAI_MODEL` environment variable and inject `LLM_PROVIDER`, `LLM_MODEL`, `LLM_SUMMARY_MODEL`, and `GROQ_API_KEY`.
- Updated the API endpoint from `POST /process_speech` to `POST /twilio/process_speech/{call_sid}` in `README.md`'s sequence diagram.
- Changed '11+ languages' to '13+ languages' in all architecture diagrams across `README.md`, `docs/INSTALL_EN.md`, and `docs/INSTALL_PL.md` to accurately reflect the 13 supported languages configured in `app/i18n.py`.
