fix(cdp): bound browser tool connection waits - #27

Summary

• Add explicit timeouts to /json/list discovery and WebSocket handshakes so an unhealthy CDP listener fails instead of hanging.
• Propagate OpenCode's context.abort through discovery, connection, CDP commands, navigation waits, and snapshot operations.
• Reject pending CDP commands when a connection closes and add a discoverable bun test script with HTTP, WebSocket, cancellation, and cleanup coverage.
• Include the rebuilt dist/plugin.js used by the published plugin.
