Summary

run the complete quality gate on pull requests and pushes to main
install dependencies from the lockfile with Bun
add test:coverage and report the current coverage baseline
document the new command in English and Simplified Chinese

Verification

bun run check
bun run test:coverage
89 tests passed
baseline: 85.89% functions and 89.13% lines
