- Fixed hotend temperature updates for newer printer payloads, including missing or changing nozzle IDs.
- Improved local camera and cloud preview reliability by retrying transient TLS operations and handling partial network writes.
- Secured the Web Config portal with context-specific HTML, JavaScript, and JSON escaping.
- Hardened WAV upload parsing against truncated or malformed chunks.
- Made printer-profile updates transactional, reducing NVS operations and preventing partial configuration state.
- Added failure handling for OTA download and reboot task creation.
- Removed UI concurrency issues around display power state, wake requests, brightness, and printer switching.
- Reduced repeated NVS reads and unnecessary printer-card refreshes.
- Added wrap-safe cloud retry timing and reduced portal-page heap reallocations.
