...alidation regression class Stale-bot mass-closure caught #43657 this morning. The bug was real and current on v2.1.148. Posted stale-closure note + filed fresh issue CC#67497 with current binary evidence: - proxy fresh-session-sort extension at order 250 mitigates by relocating scattered system-blocks deterministically - without extension: cache_read drops to ~0 on first resumed turn - with: 96-99% hit rate restored - CC-side fix touches processSessionStartHooks + reorderAttachments ForAPI + normalizeMessagesForAPI per #43657's source-level attribution Updated #43657 row with stale-bot context + back-link.
