go get github.com/citwild/wfe/cmd/wfe

wfe -h

Or, if the GOPATH/bin directory is not in your PATH, on macOS and Linux:

"$GOPATH"/bin/wfe -h

On Windows:

"%GOPATH%"\bin\wfe -h
