After Cleaning Process Script Will Enable Ultimate Performance Mode
Just download WindowsCleanerUtility.bat from Releases
and right click on it and select run as administrator.
Choose any option from the menu provided.
NOT all of the files will be deleted! Some of them might be used by other processes.
Do NOT Run this tool while installing any program, game or during software updates, your PC must be in idle state before you run it. If you run it during any installation, the installation will most likely to fail, and you may not have the option to reinstall!
Tested on Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista and XP (64 & 32 bit)
