Такие данные можно загружать не построчно, а сразу скопом. С помощью pandas.

Да, но в условии задачи не было явно указано использовать pandas :) Учитывая условия 2-й лабораторной работы подумал, что тут его использовать нельзя.

Поправил. Теперь для загрузки датасета используется pandas

Впринципе между блоками ноутбука сохраняются настройки, поэтому можно повторно не задавать значения осей.

Отдельное задание настроек делал намеренно с целью, чтобы блоки кода были идемпотентны (в идеале результат каждой ячейки должен быть одинаковым вне зависимости от порядка запуска). Поэтому попытался глобальное состояние свести к минимуму. Ну и по этой причине предлагаю так оставить.
