Kenny Ademolu

Cyber architecture and engineering leader building AI-native systems for security, resilience, and agent evaluation.

I work at the intersection of cybersecurity architecture, platform engineering, deterministic simulation, and AI agents. This GitHub profile is my public proof-of-work space: small but serious systems, benchmarks, field notes, and experiments that explore how complex AI-enabled organisations can be tested before they touch real infrastructure, customers, or money.

Featured public work

Deterministic agent-society benchmark harness and live observatory. Disaster response is the first scenario pack.

Aftershock compares different coordination patterns — scripted, solo-agent, swarm, and structured society — under identical seeded scenarios. It includes a Python simulation kernel, typed decision contracts, Qwen-backed agent runs, cost accounting, replayable run records, real-data scenario packs, and a FastAPI/React observatory.

  • Public deployment: aftershock.redoubtlabs.dev
  • Focus: agent-society benchmarking, coordination protocols, deterministic simulation, cost/outcome evaluation
  • Current direction: disaster-agnostic multi-model and multi-scenario benchmarks

What I am exploring

  • AI-native security architecture
  • Agent evaluation and simulation
  • Operational resilience and digital twins
  • Secure platform engineering
  • Threat modelling and architecture decision intelligence
  • Human/agent decision systems

Writing / field notes

I publish occasional field notes on simulation, agent societies, AI safety, and operational resilience.

  • Aftershock — public disaster-response simulation and agent benchmark field notes
  • Arena research notes — early field notes on modelling enterprise topology, disruption, and agentic decision-making under enterprise constraints

Independent lab work

Some of my public experiments and writing sit under Redoubt Labs. Most product and commercial work remains private while I keep a clean boundary between public research, personal experimentation, and enterprise work.

Background

I lead cyber architecture and engineering work at global enterprise scale, with a background across identity, Zero Trust, security architecture, platform engineering, operational resilience, and AI governance.

Earlier in my career, I built and operated security infrastructure across financial services, aerospace, critical transport infrastructure, aviation, and Olympic-scale live operations. I still like building the systems myself.
