• AI Assistant is now clearly marked as optional/BYOK — full setup screen when unconfigured, "OPTIONAL" badge in header, persistent BYOK reminder banner
• Error messages improved — clearly indicate issues are with the user's own API provider, not the app
• No input/send available when unconfigured — prevents reviewers from triggering errors without a valid API key
