This script is an OpenRC service aiming to restore the last brightness level on reboot. It is a fork of the antipatico's project.
You can add this service to the boot runlevel:
rc-update add save-backlight boot
- Add the beatussum-overlay.
- emerge the sys-apps/save-backlight package.
Just use make install and make uninstall.
